Blackstone Soft Tacos with Venison Recipe
This recipe is straightforward to make with your choice of loin. Our images show venison, which you can substitute with your favorite meat.
You need the following ingredients:
- meat loin
- taco seasoning (we used a homemade blend)
- small tortillas (corn or flour)
- chipotle/hot sauce
- onion
- cilantro

Soft Taco Instructions
Generously rub taco seasoning on the loin and let it sit while you heat the flattop.
Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Once the surface is hot, place the meat loin on the griddle and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until it is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Remove the loin and let it rest for a few minutes.
Warm up the tortillas on the griddle for a few seconds on each side while the meat rests.
Slice the meat into strips.
Assemble tacos by putting sauce on the tortilla, then meat strips, and top with onion and cilantro.

These tacos are so flavorful, as shown, but feel free to add tomato, jalapenos, or cheese.
