Today we have a yummy new recipe for you. It’s not exactly a camping recipe, but certainly something you can make ahead of time and take camping. It’s a No-Bake S’more Pumpkin Cream Pie. This creamy goodness is the perfect combination of chocolate and pumpkin. Since our blog is called Let’s Camp S’more, we are all about anything s’mores.
Are you a pumpkin fan? Diana is obsessed with pumpkin in the fall. She puts pumpkin in everything, even chili. Check out the pumpkin recipes on her blog. Pumpkin is not my favorite, but I have to admit that s’mores and pumpkin do go together pretty well.
S’more Pumpkin Cream Pie
This pie is really easy to make with these simple ingredients. You need a graham cracker pie crust, hot fudge, marshmallow cream, whipped topping, vanilla instant pudding mix, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice (not pictured), graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Put a layer of hot fudge into the bottom of the graham cracker crust. We had to heat ours first so that it was squeezable.
Mix a container of thawed whipped topping with the marshmallow cream. Place a layer of this marshmallow whip on top of the fudge.
Mix the vanilla pudding mix, can of pumpkin puree, the other container of thawed whipped topping, and 1 tsp. of pumpkin spice until well combined.
Place a thick layer of pumpkin whip on top of the marshmallow.
Add some marshmallow whip on top of the pumpkin.
Sprinkle broken graham cracker, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips on top of the pie.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Store the pie leftovers in the refrigerator.
